going back to the Heart

Hey folks,

I was just looking at some of the writing we did, and there is some juicy stuff here.

I started off strong with the 3 lower chakras, and then I lost heart in the Heart writing. so I am going to go back to the heart and see what I missed there. i still have all the questions. Then if I can go thru the rest of the upper chakras, maybe I'll come back down for a whirl again in the lower regions.

i encourage you all to do some writing too.
